
THE FIRST TRAINING COURSE ON HUMAN RIGHTS
The first training course on human rights was launched on 24.10.1379 (13.01.2001) at the Faculty of Law and political Science and lasted for three weeks until (12.11.1379-(31.01.2001) at the Center for Human Rights Studies, following the Center’s inauguration on 26.10.1379 (15.01.2001). The course was designed to enhance the capabilities of the younger faculty members in the human rights field. Thus, the participants were selected mainly from among yourger academics and researchers interested or involved in human rights issues. The course was taught by a distinguished group of Iranian and foreign professors, (as indicated in the following table).
